The Future of Sustainable Cities: 5G and Technology Enablers Panel

On 16 November, our CTO and co-founder Jay was part of a panel co-hosted by Singtel and SGInnovate. Held at the FutureNow Innovation Centre, the panel also consisted of fellow Built Environment specialists and technologists: Mr Kenneth Hwang, Head of Client Solutions and Transformation at Singtel and Mr Henry Cheng, Vice President of Business Development & Solutions at AETOS Holdings, and was moderated by Mr Poon King Wang, Director of the Lee Kuan Yew for Innovative Cities at the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD).

The panel comprised topics about current industry challenges in technology adoption, deployment, and sustainability-driven cities of tomorrow. From conversations about what can be done now, to discussing how individuals can feel the benefits of sustainability efforts, there were many fruitful and insightful points made and it is heartening and gladdening to see people from different industries come together to share their expertise and experience on a common and crucial topic.

Thank you to SGInnovate and Singtel for organising the event as well as to Kenneth, Henry and King Wang for the exciting panel discussion.
